Primissima cotton fabric, measuring 230 cm x 110 cm. Hand-drawn using a canting tool and dyed with Remazol-type synthetic dyes.

Stamped Batik – Synthetic Dye Series

Primissima cotton fabric. Dimensions: 230 cm x 110 cm. Features a pattern created using a copper stamp and dyed with Remazol-type synthetic dyes.

BUSINESS POLICIES

Payment Terms

Deposit: A 50% down payment is required to begin production.
Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid before shipment.
Custom & Bulk Orders: Payment terms for custom and bulk orders will be agreed upon before production through bank transfer or other mutually accepted payment methods.

Delivery Lead Time

Natural-dye batik orders require 14–30 business days, depending on the design, order quantity, and production complexity.
The production timeline and shipping schedule will be confirmed separately through mutual agreement and contract.

After-Sales Support & Claims

Support: Product care instructions and shipment tracking updates will be provided.
Claims: Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the goods, accompanied by an unboxing video and supporting photos.
Exclusions: Natural variations in dye colors and organic ecoprint patterns are not considered manufacturing defects.
Resolution: Damage incurred during transit is subject to the courier’s policy. Product replacement applies only to verified manufacturing defects.
